She drank the kool-aid quickly and pretty soon after joining the gym competed on a team at the CrossFit Regional competition. Charlie Lima - SOS Ministries Seminar
Wednesday May 15, 2019
Wednesday May 15, 2019
Charlie recently spoke to the staff at SOS Ministries about the positive impact that occurs when you make health a priority. In life, whether it be in business, in motherhood or in college we forget to give attention to important areas of our life that will suffer if they are neglected. When we neglect these areas like our health we suffer later and during because of it. In ministry especially it is often more common to give to others than take care of yourself. This is why SOS asked Charlie to come speak. In his talk he shares how making as simple as a 1% improvement each day overtime you can make significant change in your health. By committing to your health in this way you are increasing your capacity to serve others. If you are interested in having Charlie come speak to your business or organization you can contact him directly at 979-693-3103 or by email at charlie@myboomfit.com.
