Benson Hinze, 25 years old, recently completed the 6 week challenge and lost 26 pounds! He was sick of being inconsistent in the gym for the past four years and needed some change. On top of the incredible weight loss results he dropped over 6% body fat. This shows his nutrition was truly dialed in because he lost no muscle as well. Today Benson shares his fitness journey and what led him to committing to the 6 week challenge.
