Episode 72 Marissa Pohlmeyer - Our struggles make us stronger

Marissa is one of the most inspirational guests we have had on the podcast to date. She was born with a rare form of dwarfism, Russell Silver Syndrome, which affects her muscles, joints, and ligaments. She was born with extremely low muscle tone, her muscles fatigue quicker than normal and take longer to recover. She has worked hard for a long time to get to the level of fitness that she's currently at. She says her progress has been slow and injuries have set her back, but she has never quit. You will be so inspired by her story and so impressed with her words at the young age of 21. Enjoy!
