You probably had no idea that 6 months before Thomas Middleton walked into College Station CrossFit he weighed 215 pounds. From December of 2016 to June of 2017 Thomas lost 30 pounds and then has gone on to lose another 15 pounds for a total of 45 pounds in about 18 months. Thomas is currently 170 pounds and one of the fittest members at our gym. His story is proof of how quickly you can turn your fitness around. Enjoy!

2017 was a big year for Ben and Suzete Bumguardner. They opened a new business in town, Alpha Sports Chiropractic, and are currently expecting their second child. Ben and Suzete grew up in the same small town and have known each other since the 6th grade. The Great Divide Mountain Bike Route (GDMBR) is Adventure Cycling's premier off-pavement cycling route, crisscrossing the Continental Divide north to south. The route starts in Banff, Canada, zigzags along the Continental Divide, climbs over isolated passes and finishes in Antelope Wells at the border of Mexico. In 2011 Billy was sitting on his couch, literally, and watched a documentary covering this extraordinary race. After watching it he decided to do it. Now Billy coaches endurance athletes. His story is proof that you really never know where your fitness journey will take you. Enjoy!
