Dustin Campbell has lost 40 pounds in the last 11 months! He shares about the struggle he faced to find motivation to workout. It has taken him three years to get to a point where he doesn't think twice about working out 5 days a week. He actually likes coming to the gym compared to a couple years ago when he didn't even want to know the workout because him knowing might influence his decision to not come.
