Mike Gentry is a great example of the incredible benefits of living a healthy lifestyle at 60 years of age. Mike reaps the rewards of 6 days a week in the gym and a solid meal plan in the most meaningful ways of all. He is able to backpack the mountains of Colorado with his family, enjoy evening workouts with his wife and connect with a business partner and life long friend each day in the gym. When I think of why I workout I think of Mike. He is a role model to all of us at the gym and gives me hope of what I will be capable of at his age if I continue with my workouts and diet. Checkout this inspiring message of a man who lost 60 pounds at 54 years of age and has kept it off.

Tillie is a very driven person at only 22 years of age. She works, keeps a 3.5 gpa at Texas A&M University Mays Business school, is involved in student organizations, preparing for graduation and currently applying to law schools AND still finds time to workout at 5am everyday. He made it to the qualifier and finished 111th in the world. He has aspirations to finish higher this year and make it to the CrossFit Games.
