Travis works out two hours each day and is very disciplined in his fitness regimen. Today he shares his fitness journey on the podcast and shares how far he has come in his health. Stephen Copley has lost 22 pounds in 28 workouts at College Station CrossFit. He is 65 years young and comes to CrossFit four days a week AND bikes 7 1/2 miles during his lunch break on those days. He was up to 285 pounds a few years ago and is now on his way to 200. He is 24 pounds away from reaching his goal. His story is inspiring and will make you rethink the aging process, enjoy!

This week Chris and Charlie dive into a discussion about eating disorders and some potential triggers that cause them. Here are some scary but true statistics about eating disorders:
- At least 30 million people of all ages and genders suffer from an eating disorder in the U.S.
- Every 62 minutes at least one person dies as a direct result from an eating disorder.
- Eating disorders have the highest mortality rate of any mental illness.
- 13% of women over 50 engage in eating disorder behaviors.
- 50-80% of the risk for anorexia and bulimia is genetic.
