Lee Walla, 25 years old, has been a member at CSCF for one year. It has been awesome to see Lee embrace CrossFit and the community in such a short period of time. This is the longest he has been committed to a workout program and he largely attributes his dedication to the community. Lee has been in and out of the gym since college in 6-8 month spurts. Bobby Miksch, 57 years old, and Ashley Miksch, 30 years old, workout together at College Station CrossFit almost everyday and have been for the last two years. They will sometimes go to lunch afterwards and Bobby says that this time has been a sweet gift of time together that he was not able to get early on in Ashley's life due to being busy building a business. Ashley has been inspired by watching her dad do CrossFit since 2012. His healthy example led her to lose 80 pounds over the past 4 years! Bobby gives Ashley 100% credit for the transformation and speaks to his approach to helping his daughter start working out and eating better. Beth Garza is a wife, mother of three and 39 years old. She is excited to turn 40 and has embraced health and fitness the majority of her life. She found CrossFit one year after the birth of her oldest son, Ben, and has been hooked ever since. She did CrossFit through her next two pregnancies and has continued to remain consistent in the gym. Beth moved here from Colorado in the summer and she was quick to find a new gym. She has been a member of multiple gyms and continues to learn new things. Her story speaks to the effectiveness of the CrossFit program and the community. Enjoy!

Jeff Carouth, 34 years old, joined our gym a little over two months ago. He was 342 pounds and needed guidance and accountability to make the necessary changes in his life. Like most he fell victim to all of the temptations that exist nutritionally and fell out of working out completely. With the support of his nutrition coach on the 6-week challenge Jeff went on to lose 25 pounds in 6 weeks! Jeff feels amazing. He has continued to lose weight after his 6-week challenge and is now below 300 pounds which was a goal of his by the start of the new year. Jeff has a new perspective now.
