Meet Nate, he is 39 years old. He runs and operates AggieLand Scuba here in College Station. He joined the gym for the 6 WK challenge. He saw great results from it and is doing the 6 Week Challenge again after COVID to help him reach his goals and maintain accountability. Nate gives great examples of how it really helps to take some time out of your busy schedule to care for yourself.

Cate Lima is no stranger to the BBP podcast. This is Cate's third time on the podcast and she shares about all of the no sugar challenges she has done in the last few months. Meet Jesse, he is 38 years old and graduated in the same Texas A&M class as Charlie. Jesse is a business owner along with being full-time husband and father. He shares his story about the daily grind and how important it is to remain consistent with the little things. Despite all of his obligations he makes sure to carve out time for health and fitness which in turn enables him to be a better father, husband, and businessman. One major thing that helped Jesse in consistency was seeking out accountability and a community which was found at BoomFit. Listen to be inspired!

Meet Ally, she is 22 years old and a cheer coach. She began working out at BoomFit with the 6 Week Challenge a month before the quarantine started. Ally shares a bit of her life story and her history with cheerleading. Senior year of high school she and her team placed second at the Cheerleading World Championships. Despite these great feats she struggled throughout her life with nutritional habits. Ally explains how CrossFit helped her overcome anxiety and bad health habits. She shares her changed view on nutrition and what is healthy!

He has a wealth of knowledge and describes his backstory in this podcast. He suffered from a back injury during football in High School. Years later he re-injured himself, and had moments through out his life where its flared up again. He explains the ups and downs of struggling with an injury and what he has done to overcome it.

Meet Brian Follin, he is 35 yrs old, in the AirForce Reserves and a full-time student. Brian had a wake up call after measuring his waist for a military test. This led him and his wife to begin the 6 Week Challenge on Feb. 4th. They completed the Challenge right before COVID closed down businesses temporarily. Brian lost approximately 30lbs. Their motivation remained after the 6 Week Challenge along with help from the amazing trainers at BoomFit (shout out to Kyle Boeck), and they maintained a rigorous workout routine through out the quarantine. Brian shares a wonderful story about achieving goals, health, and consistency.
