July edition: What’s happening around the gym with Kyle and Julie

This month’s edition of ‘What’s going on around the gym’, Kyle welcomes and gives a shoutout to some of our new members, and Julie discusses what it looks like to be a new member here at College Station Crossfit versus what you might see at a commercial gym. 

 

Kyle and Julie also discuss the Advanced Theory course we are doing this month—its something that if you want to know more about programming or what its like to be a coach, you will definitely want to sign up for this course!
