He lost 25 pounds then added 10 pounds of muscle by committing to 3 days a week and making some nutritional adjustments. He has continued to improve in the gym as well. Will has made working out a part of his lifestyle and looks forward to coming to the gym. He shares about a habit he started doing to ensure that he come workout each day.
