TJ started CrossFit in the summer of 2015 and weighed 145 pounds. In the first 3 months he gained 30 pounds and has since put on another 20 pounds of pure muscle. He shares about his humble beginnings in the sport of crossfit as well as his competitive mindset. This is truly an amazing story and his numbers are unheard of. Just to name a few...he went from a 185 pound back squat to 335 pounds, a 150 pound bench press to 235 pounds and a bodyweight of 145 pounds to 195 pounds in 18 months.
