Brandon Castro has been a personal trainer for 5 years and recently joined the BoomFit staff. He just started doing CrossFit a couple months ago and is seeing the benefits inside and outside of the gym. During the interview Brandon speaks a lot about a book he read a couple years ago called Supple Leopard by Kelly Starrett. This was very impactful on how he trains his clients and himself.
