Today we have our first family on the podcast! Johnny, Karen and Charisse currently live in Asia as missionaries and have been working out at College Station CrossFit this fall. They are heading back to Asia in a couple of weeks. It was awesome to get to hear them share their hearts through their fitness journey on the podcast. Enjoy!
