Jennifer Ramirez, 38 years old, did just that after returning from serving in Afghanistan in 2009 because God opened her eyes to the idol she had made exercise and body image. She gave it up completely for several years. She restarted her fitness journey at a CrossFit gym in 2014. As hard as it was to give up working out Jennifer shares how healthy it actually was for her.
