Nick Lutz - The weight loss roller coaster

I recorded this podcast with Nick Lutz about 5 weeks ago before Ames was born. I intended on releasing it sooner but due to the circumstances I held off and am just now putting it out. Nick completed our 6 week challenge and lost 31 pounds! He has experienced the roller coaster that often comes with losing weight. His story speaks specifically to that roller coaster. Losing weight only to gain it back again. This time it is different for Nick. He made a promise to his wife that by her birthday in December of this year he will lose 70 pounds.
