Lauren Kleiman - I am an ATHLETE

Lauren Kleiman, 34 years old, has been a member at CSCF since 2011. She shares how she never really considered herself an "athlete" until one day she received a t-shirt from the gym for participating in an in-house competition with the word ATHLETE on the back. This nearly brought her to tears. Later in that competition she PR'd her overhead squat and for the first time ever she felt like an athlete. She has made working out a part of her life since then and continued to workout through two pregnancies.
