Travis James, 34 years old, only knows one way to do it and that is all the way. He started his fitness journey about 10 years ago and lost 40 pounds then gained it all back but in the right way. Travis works out two hours each day and is very disciplined in his fitness regimen. Today he shares his fitness journey on the podcast and shares how far he has come in his health.
