Abigail Lydon - Strong is Beautiful

Meet Abigail, she is nineteen years old, a sophomore at A&M, and planning to go to medical school. She shares a little bit about her health and the ups and downs that took place. She eventually was able to get to a place of functioning and has been focusing on Crossfit since (which kept her attention out of all the other sports). Abigail has maintained a positive outlook on life through trials and hardships. She has always put forth effort to get better and continually progresses.
